Hey everyone, 

Sometime ago my remix of Bookashade's Regenerate track was participating in Beatport  remix contest. Just to give you an update on the things regarding this, the remix didn't win, however, it was short-listed and made it to the first 10 picks by the Beatport staff. As this might not seem as much of a accomplishment, I'd like to point out that there were a total of close to 500 submissions in the contest. The bottom line is, that this seemingly insignificant success does translate  into a bit of encouragement for me after all! I am really stoked.

Vote on Jag Kiranmay’s Regenerate remix that is currently in the Beatport remix competition,  to get a chance to win an Apple handy 'FM Tuner’. It takes two minutes to get included in a raffle to win this handy gadget.

3. Take a screenshot of the player so it shows the amount of current spins before you vote for it.

4. If you don’t have an account with beatport,  then you will have to get one really quick by going to www.beatport.com, clicking on ‘Need to register?’ in the upper right corner. Confirm your registration through the link that beatport will send  to your email.

5. Click again on the link above. If you are not logged in, then click on where it reads ‘log in’, to the left of the player, and log in first. If you are, however, already logged it, then just vote for the remix by spinning it.

6. And finally, after voting for the remix by spinning it, make sure you that you take another screenshot to show your added spin. Enclose both the screenshot before your spin and the one after you have spun it, and  send it to  info@inhouserecordings.co.uk. Without this last step we wouldn’t be able to include you in the raffle.
 
The beatport voting  ends on May 18th 2010 at 11.59pm MST. The winner will be drawn soon after and contacted by In-House Recordings for shipping details.
